Perhaps you from doing normal childhood activities of heating or warming up before exercise. At school we are taught to warm up first before going into practice the lessons of sports in the field. At a minimum we are told to jog around the field or traveling on the roads outside the school. When morning gymnastics with early motion exercises were definitely warming for coming so late.

There are probably wondering why the heating should be done? what functions and benefits of warming up before strenuous physical activity like sports? And various other questions that may not have been missed until now. What is certain is very important to do warm up before exercise. Heating or warming up can be done without the aid of any tools and without charge, ie with 
light jogging, aerobics, jog in place, and others. Quite to our body sweaty, hot and feeling
